   Photog Note: This is first year volunteer Shirley Gaines who traveled from Texas to visit family and attend the festival. She is handing out programs and ballots before the screening of War Dance in the City Opera House. She was there practically everyday. She was one of dozens of volunteers that I met who had come from far away places to volunteer.
