I feel that doubling the cost of joing the Friends is far too much - I realize for five years, it has been the same - however, double is not fair for those on social security and/or not getting the "double" pay raises. A jump of $10.00 would be reasonable and more affordable.

ALSO - I have been looking to see what Mike's Surprise was on Sunday - would appreciate finding out..we were 6th & 7th in the standby line and so sure to get in. What a disappointment that not one person in standby was able to get in. Apparently tickets were sold out for those fortunate enough to live in Traverse City.

Thank you for your attention - Liz

I think the emotional turn-around was a lot quicker than 30 seconds at Big Fan...great turn around and I don't think anyone in the theatre had a clue it was coming.

What about those guys in Charlevoix, MI that have been making movies and show for years now? Why is TC the only place where filmmakers get recognition?

Trouble Water is a must see for all, but especially those who too quickly divide the world into bad and good. The problem of evil, the human condition, the "suffering" of life, the irony of love-need, and the discovery of authentic relationship replete with compassion, acceptance, and divine joy.

The story is neither complex nor contrived. It is well told. No odd turn is wasted, but all things work together to complete this profound good. We are not asked to live differently, not asked to redouble our efforts to be good. Rather, Director Poppe's is for the viewer. Take heart, your redemption is near.
