When the blog kicked off last year, it was dedicated - much like the State at the time - primarily to the film festival. But when the State went from being a slumbering moviehouse that sprang awake one week a year to a full-time art house theater, TCFF also moved from being seasonal to year-round. And in the process, we figured our blog should follow suit.

This week, we are relaunching our "film fest" blog into a "TCFF" blog, covering not just the latest festival news and announcements, but all the goings-on at the State. We'll have reviews of the films we're playing, box office updates, special event coverage - the works. We'll even bring you DVD recommendations and occasional news from the film world. So whether you're looking for an exclusive interview with a visiting film fest director or a quick review of a film you're going to see at the State, you can find it all here.
