Traverse City Film Festival founder John Williams reports on Thursday…
TCFF4 has now found its stride. The amazing army of TCFF volunteers is nothing short of a miracle. The effort, passion and energy at every venue is a credit to this wonderful town. Where else could this
happen?? If you are a volunteer, thank you!!! Your smiles and kind
words are what makes us (this FF) the worlds best! If you have not
become a member of this band of merry-makers, consider it! Its a
hoot!
OK, without a doubt, "Kenny" is a Hit with me. The Thursday
screening at Lars almost blew the roof off with laughter. What a
loveable guy! How they made that movie is a mystery to me. I thought
Hamlet2 was funny, Kenny is my fave!!!
We had a very busy day. I tried to see "CSNY", but the phone vibrated
15 seconds into the movie, oh well! It sounded perfect! "Dust" was
dry. And we had a (to me, a hilarious) subtitle problem. The German
narration was full tilt, yet. Sparse subtitles appeared on the screen. My goodness, I thought German seemed really in efficient!
More soon!!
