Criminal Charges filed against Judge Patricia Gardner. Petition filed by mother’s to impeach Judge Patricia Gardner. Judge Patricia Gardner must be stopped! Judge Patricia Gardner violates children’s rights by placing them in the custody of abusive fathers and steals rights from loving mothers and their children. IMPEACH JUDGE PATRICIA GARDNER. Members are gaining strength in numbers to hold her accountable for her actions. Judge Patricia Gardner needs an evaluation!

Justice Weaver needs to be the Chief Justice again. I don’t care if she is interested or not in the position. She has proven she has ethics and knows the law.

Justice Weaver need a lesson on how to read the Constitution. Her job is to read the law as it is, not how it ought to be. She is an activist judge, along with Justice Cavanagh and Justice Kelly, who are turning the judicial branch into a law making branch. In order for our three branch system to work, the judicial branch should only interpret the law as is, while it’s the legislative branch makes the law. Justice Taylor is a fine justice who deserves this nomination to remain as chief justice of the Michigan Supreme Court.
