The building in its present condition is a safety hazard for students of the new CT bldg. We plan for market Rate lofts on the upper floors, art galleries, art work spaces, middle income lofts on the middle floors, Auto technology training by Motown Auto Engineering (a 502 c 3), 2 black box theatres, indoor parking, health club,, offices for 501 c 3 orgs. some retail bank, restaurant and rehearsal spaces.
