Record numbers of people are expected for this year’s Waterfront Film Festival.

The annual event kicks off Thursday in Saugatuck, and will feature more than 70 films in five venues over the course of the weekend.

It’s the 10th anniversary of the festival, which has been rated as one of the industry’s top five film festivals.
