Today is World Water Day and it seems to me that above all else, water is what makes Michigan special. From the trickle of tiny streams to the tens of thousands of lakes to the roaring rivers and falls to the massive Great Lakes, Michigan is the truly water state.
If the Great Lakes have a home page, it’s probably the Great Lakes Information Network. You can also find a lot of information at the EPA’s Great Lakes page and the very new (but very cool) Great Lakes Wiki. You can also find a ton more Great lakes links at MSU’s Knight Center for Environmental Journalism.
You can get gallons and gallons more links at Absolute Michigan keyword water and if you think we missed a good link, post it in the comments below!
