ETCphoto (Terry Clark) got this shot of the 76′ tall Frankfort Light during one of the strongest wind storms in recent memory. He writes:
November is the usual month for big storms, so this is unusual for October. Wave were measured at about 20′. Most of the waves breaking were not quite this high, but we did see a number of them that went over the top of the Lighthouse. Wind were gusting to around 60 mph and really making it difficult to photograph on the beach…
You don’t want to swim in waves like this, but you can dive into Terry’s Flickriver!
