Hunter's Park (on Copper Harbor) overlooks Lake Superior on the west side of the tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula, in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. Daryl has been doing portrait and wedding photography for almost 10 years, but her heart and passion is in outdoor photography.

Fort Fright: Haunted history at Michilimackinac
On October 10 & 11 Colonial Michilimackinac in Mackinac City becomes "Fort Fright" - home to werewolves, witches, and other legendary characters. Lanterns will light the way and many of the fort's buildings will be open, featuring a haunted house and costumed interpreters telling stories, playing music and serving authentic autumn treats like mulled cider, molasses cookies and toffee candy.

Carl TerHaar says he's semi-retired and enjoys photography as a hobby. This photo is part of his stunning Isle Royale National Park set, one of my all-time favorite photosets. Many of his other sets are from national parks around the country, but as he's from Cedarville, he of course has some boats from the Hessel Boat Show!
